Challenge

A prime Fira site with high footfall but an understated frontage that failed to signal its luxury potential. The brief: transform a fragmented property into a unified, globally relevant luxury environment while honouring Cycladic architectural heritage.

Strategic repositioning and project management led by Bridge Designs; architectural vision by Mamou-Mani. Design rooted in traditional Cycladic minimalism — white volumes, vaulted forms, volcanic textures — elevated into a contemporary luxury setting. Multi-tenant format supporting flagship boutiques, capsule launches, private events, and rooftop activations.
